At a Fajita Factory on 49 North, where spices dance and stew.
Peek behind the gumball machine, your ticket waits in view!

In D'Lo country on the third day of Christmas, a warm clue is near,
Where comfort food and fellowship bring holiday cheer.
At the very first stop before you sit or pay,
Your ticket waits beneath the sign that reminds you to pray!

It's been a busy and exciting month at the SCTC as students explored careers, gained real-world skills, and learned from industry experts!
👮Law and Public Safety students heard from Mendenhall Fire Chief Daniel May and FBI guest speaker Latoya Parker, and visited USM's Construction & Design Program to explore hands-on, industry driven opportunities.
🤖Engineering students visited the Infinity Science Museum near NASA's Stennis Space Center, where they built and tested their own underwater robots and learned how robotics is shaping the future.
🏗Construction/Carpentry and 🌱Agriculture & Natural Resources students toured USM's Construction & Design Program, met faculty, and learned about career pathways in the field.
🔧Metal Fabrication students toured Hol-Mac Corporation in Bay Springs🏭, where they learned about manufacturing careers and saw how technical skills come together in the workplace.
🩺Health Science students practiced real-world medical skills, learned proper PPE techniques, and participated in sessions focused on vaping prevention and self-care.
💡Through field trips, guest speakers, and hands-on learning, SCTC is empowering students with skills, knowledge, and opportunities for success beyond the classroom! 🌟
